Newbie question

I found a used Bianchi boardwalk.. a "23 inch (from center to top)..." but i was wondering would it be too big? i'm around 5'9"-5'10"

Well for what it's worth I'm 5 10 and I find 23" a smidge big. However of course other things come into play such as frame geometry, riding position, your body shape etc. Best thing is to try and get a ride.
