no. most rinds on aged cheeses is tough and covered in dust. yucky stuff

Men - eating cheese rind is dangerous. It increases one's manliness by unfeasible amounts. Hair sprouts where hair should not be. The rind eater leaves behind a vapour trail of testosterone. George Clooney sends fan-mail expressing eternal fealty and asking for advice on how to be attractive to women. Don't do it.

A not so subtle blend of dried partially broken down milk proteins and rancid dairy fats topped with a dusty layer of assorted moulds and occasional splashes of interesting bacteria...

I don't like the traditional blue stilton, but I do anjoy a little bit of white silton or white stilton with apricots.
