Men - eating cheese rind is dangerous. It increases one's manliness by unfeasible amounts. Hair sprouts where hair should not be. The rind eater leaves behind a vapour trail of testosterone. George Clooney sends fan-mail expressing eternal fealty and asking for advice on how to be attractive to women. Don't do it.

It is considered bad form to eat the rind. Stilton should be served whole, and spooned from the middle.

Other cheese loveliness? Try Casu marzu;

*shudder*

Horrible stuff.

A not so subtle blend of dried partially broken down milk proteins and rancid dairy fats topped with a dusty layer of assorted moulds and occasional splashes of interesting bacteria...

Good stilton is food for the gods, problem is there's not so much good stilton around.
