Hi MissyR thanks welcome too,gnbr is a charity ride for the chris lucas trust from seahouses to tynemouth approx 55 mile it was the 4th time iv done this and i did it in 4hrs 30min

Excellent Spencer thats a pretty decent time too I've done a few charity rides like that myself they are great fun and have met some lovely people through it also.

Well done Spencer, I also completed the Great North Bike Ride (4th time too) on Sunday, along with my son and his friend, it was their first time on the event. the weather was perfect apart from the early morning start, it was freezing at 7.30am, but we soon warmed up a few miles out.

The only struggle was the seven mile ride back home from the Priory with tired legs (them two not me) but they managed it.
