Hello I am John and from Milton Keynes I found this place on google and thought I would try it out.

I have quit smoking so needed to do something to take my mind off it so I now go cycling.

Hello and welcome. I started riding again after stopping smoking in 1999, and still going strong. Congratulations to you, just remember to enjoy every pang you have for a cig - it's your body's way of demonstrating that you no longer need to smoke the bloody things.

What sort of cycling are you doing/interested in? Just bought a bike, or dusting off an old one?

Thanks for the replay.

I have a mountain bike at the mo and land rover one nothing special but does me for now.

Going to buy a cheap road racer.
Seen the viking one they look ok for the price.....
