I have bought a 2nd hand dave marsh 531 touring bike it came with campag 8 speed components mavic ma2 rims and 3t bars and stem got it for £150 it has a triple front 30 40 50 and 13 26 rear I shall ride it to see if I get on with it if I do I may buy a better bike in the future

Well this afternoon I went out from my home in Lincoln via the b roads to bardney then cycled back on sustrans route 1 or the water rail way which goes from Lincoln to boston the path was fairly good in all about 10 miles just getting my bike set up right need to tilt the saddle back more I bought a bioflex on gel cutaway saddle but it was uncomfortable I put it down to not ridden for along time and car seats and sofas are a lot bigger laugh out loud I had a brooks professional saddle on my bike when idid the end to end never did break it in cost £35 back in 84
