So ive had my road bike 7 days now and riden it 4 times. Ive covered 70 miles on it. IS this a good average for a week or should i be increasing the milage each week. Longest ride 30 miles on sunday morning. next ride tomorrow about 30 miles again!
That's good going, if you want to build up the miles then obviously slowly start increasing, if your body is feeling good no serious aches or pains. If you want to build speed then concentrate on shorter routes but increase your intensity so you complete the route in less time,
