Newcastle - Carlisle - Edinburgh - Newcastle

Hi
Has anyone done this loop, maybe putting together Coast and Castles, Hadrians Cycleway, and Ride to the Sun routes?
Clockwise or anti Clockwise preferred? Any other thoughts or comments gratefully received?

I've only done short sections of this, all on road, but the 500km route, very roughly, is here (clockwise):

Coast and Castles is best Newcastle to Edinburgh, wind behind you (usually)!

Hadrians Way is best Carlisle to Newcastle.

Best is a relative term by the way, they're both lovely routes either way. C&C is pretty much entirely flat, there are some lumpy bits in the middle of HW but nothing to get concerned about.
