I know most of us use a saddlebag or a camelbak to carry stuff on a ride, found this whilst flitting about the net. Kit

Not a bad idea at all and will be making a money holder me thinks.

A good idea. I have something similar, well similar-ish... I use an old 'Chiltern Rail' photocard holder to carry ID, a ten euro note, emergency numbers, blood type, phone card, park tool quick patches. It always goes in my jersey pocket regardless of the length of ride.

I tuck a neatly folded £20 note into the battery compartment of my phone for emergencies. It is the one thing I am never without.

I have some change in my saddle bag but that is it. Used to have plasters and anticeptic wipes but now i dont bother.
Phone goes in the back of my jersey. No good putting any money in my phone though, i will end up forgetting it when i most need it.
Its a good idea though.
