(Except that notwithstanding the production crew's error in leaving the front brake open, judging from the rider's physique there's no way he's a new cyclist; he looks like a fit club cyclist at least. Good inspiration though!)

My life IS complete with cycling; if I was deprived of cycling life would be very very dull indeed and I'm sure I would soon spiral into ill health and become a burden on the NHS.
