What happens if a person who signs up, for any reason does not meet the minimum sponsorship amount?

Hi
We encourage all our participants to raise as much money as they can through the fantastic fundraising support that we offer.
All that we can ask from you is that you try your hardest to raise the money and as this is a reasonable amount, we would hope that you would do so.
The average sponsorship raised at this event is £700 per person.
Let me know your thoughts on this and I would be happy to answer any more questions.

If some one who has signed up to do the ride has for what ever reason not raised the specified amount. Do they have to make up the shortfall? Yes or no?
