This is the worst one I have seen. No lights, cycling one handed whilst on the phone. No road awareness, no checking and no signals. Utterly oblivious to how close he came to getting run over. Moron.

No, it was my light reflecting.

When you see him peeling off right next to the car, just after he disappeared off the edge of the frame, he was right alongside the car, barely inches away from it.

Oh, I thought that was just how he chose to ride the corner. It's a bit closer than I would have ridden to that vehicle, but not by a lot. I didn't see any problems with seeing that guy, or anyone not seeing him either. Sorry!!

Well, I don't think it's very clever, and I'd probably stick him on Silly Cyclists, but other than that I don't think he's much danger to others. I'd be a lot more condemnatory if he were in a car, because of the massive increase in risk to others that represents.

Have you passed this guy before?Maybe hes returned to work since the clocks have changed and got caught out but that doesnt excuse the use of the phone though,hang em all i say
