Good morning
I have thought for a while and I am not sure if this this is a joke, (I did search "emoticon meanings" and I am no better off!) but......
If you are asking do the red rear lights have red or white LEDs then it depends, some have red and some have white behind the red cover.
If you are taking the Mickey out of Poundland rear lights and their users, buy one and you will be surprised, they have 5 LEDs with a reflector behind them and apart from the habit of falling apart which is solved by an elastic band they are as good as any £5-£10 rear light. Having three means that I always have at least two working with bright fully charged batteries.
The front lights are very much lights to be seen by, but again they are the same units that many other shops charge £5-£10 for. I have two 5V CREE White LED front lights as seeing where I am going is useful.
