Having had my car tyres filled with this a while back when they needed replacing I drained the Nitrogen from them into my bike tyre. Wow! what a difference 2 minutes off of my journey time, it also allowed me to run at a much lower pressure they tell me this is to do with increased molecular size, meaning you need less of them to fill the space.

I am thinking of setting this up as a mobile service at Sportives and time trials. I would charge say £2 per tyre, what do you guys think.

Boris bike tyres are said to be filled with nitrogen, it doesn't seem to confer much by way of speed advantage.
I thought they were filled with hot air and bluster.

Hol den Vorschlaghammer!
I'm tempted to fill my tyres with Argoshield Light out of my welding gas bottle. It's mostly Argon, which is heavier than air, so should hold the road better...
