Instead of stopping, you can always drink less....
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a preacher. I eat and drink all sorts of stuff that are supposedly bad for us, the odd dose of caffeine included. Someone did ask why would you give up coffee though. Plus I have never seen the attraction of having to constantly have a mug of tea/coffee in my hand.
It's the old story; everything in moderation!

I've just gone onto decaff the caffeine is bad for IBS (so says the Dr) but undecided whether the lack of energy is a solutionI live for tea @home and coffee when out. Can't imagine giving either up, what made you stop?
Hopefully but 2 months is long enough I'm falling asleep at 8pm argh!I have a heart rhythm problem (atrial fibrillation) and caffeine is one of the things I am supposed to avoid. I was never a big tea or coffee drinker anyway, so it was no big deal for me. Maybe you are just suffering some sort of withdrawals?
http://m.today.com/health/7-things-you-didnt-know-about-caffeine-1B6013380 there you areI didn't realise coffee gave you energy. I thought it just made you more alert/awake.
Just don't eat anything with Guano in it!!!I will not resort to energy drinks like a lot of the nation seem to live on (including kids wtf?) But if it carries on to next month our shopping may consist of either lots of fruit juices, two types of coffee, or lots of those cadburys boost bars with gurana (or however you spell it)
Thought guano was a delicacy in certain countriesJust don't eat anything with Guano in it!!!
2 months is a long time for the body to have not adjusted isn't it?
That article also says 'Caffeine is not addictive'. ¿Qué?
