(No) Cycling and the Olympics!

I've never been on a critical mass before, nor do I much approve of them, but there's always a first time.

Did the ordinary Londoner ( Stratford, Barking, Ilford ) want the Olympic games?

Seems to me it's the usual Standard shoot-stirring. London really does deserve a better editor.

As far as I can tell the only good thing about the Olympics is that it is in London and not up here. A colossal waste of time and money not to mention the disruption to the lives of the majority of people who will end up paying for this overpriced 'jolly' for a few.

So I'll be allowed to drive along the route, but not cycle. That makes perfect sense!!!

High speed convoys probably mean loads of close passes by self important pricks.That's if we were cycling along them.
