Cheers, it's being replaced with an elderly Audi Quattro. It won't be as capable off road but should be fine for pulling the caravan out of muddy fields and have enough room for lugging mountains of fishing gear around. Fuel economy should be a bit better too

AWD is 4WD (provided the car has four wheels, obviously).

We primarily had one because I was under the mistaken belief that it was a big mechano set that I could fix if it went wrong. Mind you, as my wife is a gardener we had it insured as an agricultural vehicle!

So did I, replaced it with a 1994 Defender.
kept it for 12 years, cost a fortune, a full tank was over £100! Now we have a Citroen Berlingo a full tank costs half the amount and get us twice as far
