No More Knee Brace :)

Wahey.

It's been 6 weeks after MPF ligament reconstruction and I've just got back from seeing the surgeon.

I've been given the all-clear to lose the knee brace, and can start to get the knee bending more than the 90 degrees I've been locked at (although it's still very stiff/painful) and I'm walking like Bambi on ice atm.

Now the physio and learning to walk properly again can begin. All being well I'll be back on the bike before Winter sets in proper....
