I was more then two car lengths behind driving at about 4mph all the way from before the pinch point to well after the junction before looking for an overtaking opportunity.

The woman behind came up fast and probably couldn't, or rather didn't want to, see what I was slowing right down and crawling through the traffic light junction for.

If you progress forwards through the traffic lights you can see why I was holding back for so long.
