We have a couple of young lads round the corner from us who have fitted drainpipes to their cars, they make the cars sound really loud and invariably we can hear them before we see them , apparently it adds 100's of brake horse power to their cars and they have the "fastest 1ltr corsas in 'fax". We tend to make allowances as they are "speshel boys" and we make sure they have a good supply of colouring books and crayons of their own so they can draw pictures of their uber fast corsas.

Playing devils advocate...
I remember being 40 odd, sitting in a carpark and watching some young lads horsing about in their car, being planks.
Then I sat there and thought....yeah, I used to do that

Its being alive, young, stupid, whatever you want to call it, turn it on, turn it up and fcuk everything....well that's a bit far, but you get the gist.

I'm in my 40's and every so often I will go into the carpark of the Sainsburys near me and drive my car about it like an idiot as it's good fun.

could be, never paid that much attention to it to be honest, there are three or perhaps four young lads driving loud cars local to us and they are driving at some bloody stupid speeds around the estate. Over the weekend i was about to get in my car when a silver corsa came hurtling along the street at a stupid speed, i had to stand up against my car as he / she shot past, it was a tad worrying seeing that car coming along the street at that speed, the speed limit around here is 20mph but they just ignore it.
