No.I have a perfectly good Sony Ericcson k800i and it does a perfect job.A wotkmate tried to eprsuade me to get an Iphone but I don't want one.

The reason I am interested in the E52 is that it is reputed to have a very long battery life, I need a phone which can be a week or more away from the mains. Something which needs charging every few days is no good to me.

I did wonder.Another option is to but a portable battery charging unit.I have one somewhere which i was going to use when I was going on holiday.It was also going to be used to charge my dslite on the plane.Not sure how good it would be though.Perhaps carrying spare batteries?
Also how muchwould you use it?
Can always turn it off at night to save battery,that's if you don't already do so.
