Non-Welded Cable holder

I'd like to shorten the outer cable run on my Xtracycle: at the moment the cable for the rear gears runs through a long section of outer tubing. This has lots of corners and gets clogged up with all manner of road dirt.

I'm wondering if there's such a thing as a clip/screw on adapter so I can leave a section of cable exposed in the manner of cables running along the main bar or top bar of most bikes these days. Is there such a thing, and what would I google to find one?

Those were the sort of thing I meant, many thanks. Unfortunately they are (quite logically) made for the fairly large main tubes rather than the much narrower rear stays which is where I wanted to use them. Ah, well, looks like I'll be using a long outer cable again then...
