Int it 3 - 4 months overwise for replacement now.

My sister in law makes the whole family use wooden toothbrushes to reduce plastic waste.

Actually scrubbing your own teeth seems like a very small contribution to the environment, but every little helps.

Taken to its logical conclusion we shouldn’t be using washing machines but return to the washboard and mangle. But how many people are advocating that extremist view.

Batteries, or more correctly the industrial methods used extract and refine their ingredients, are about the most environmentally damaging objects mankind produces, short of nuclear weapons.

On the other hand, no one gives a toss because all these electric toys are so damnably convenient.

The planet is borked, and mankind is not only willing to let it happen, but is actually making it happen.
