No doubt the driver will get off with a £90 fine and a telling off as always.
I know every inch of that road and the longish straight bits mixed with narrow, sharp bends always make for a bit of a scary ride as the drivers bomb it on the straight and hardly slow around the bends. Some of these rural roads can feel a lot more dangerous than many urban ones.

I don't believe the article confirms who is at fault. Either way, it is always a shame.

Oh dear....... some one's mum, wife, gran, sister, daughter, auntie, friend and colleague.

RIP. I hope she didn't suffer.

The roads are indeed very dangerous in the wild east, deceptively so, as cars travel soooooo fast.
