I bought it on DVD a few years back and watched the lot.
To be honest with you, to me, the theme tune was the best bit.

It's fairly tired and formulaic, but the DVDs served their purpose for me as something to watch while I did trumpet practice... I buy something cheap with lots of episodes that's vaguely amusing/interesting. Some of it's very dated (the Sam character, for instance), but it raises the odd smile.

It's ok, yes, funny in it's own right, but as others have said, pretty much of it's time (which was not a bad thing at the time I guess).
Personally, I found Fraiser better, even if it was utterly excruciating and infuriating to watch at times!
