I will doing it for the 3rd time.

I have signed up for the 104 mile ride
having done the 63mile route twice, i thought i might give this one a go.

I did the 63 in 2008, then the 100+ in 09, 10 and 11. Looking forward to it again!

Fair chance I'll do the 100 miler again. Might even be tempted to try for the Silver time - what was it again?

Hmm, tough. If you allow say 30 minutes in total for the stops, that equals 17.3mph average. With a shedload of hills, that is going to be hard. Something to train for I think!

I've signed up for the 104. Doing the Dartmoor Classic 106 the weekend before too - going to be a fun week!

I did it in 6.40 the first time and was confident of getting silver last year, but I had an absolute nightmare. Had cramp for over 40 miles! In the end I was just glad to finish.
