The clangers are seriously old. I remember watching that when I was about 11 years old.[/QUOTE]

Late 60s/early 70s I reckon?

Before my time (born in 85), but my parents and other family members gave us videos of them. I reckon they're responsible for my love of stop-motion animation.

I prefer to consider myself 'discerning' when it comes to kids TV.

I've had the misfortune of seeing some of the trash my friends kids are subjected to. Most of it is like an acid trip gone aggressively wrong with the volume turned up to 11. Whereas older shows are a mildly trippy and contemplative hallucination guiding you on a charmingly gentle voyage of discovery.

Just remembered one of my favourites
