Not going out

The sun has broken through the fog and it's looking nice out there, if not a tad
I've just had physio and am a bit sore and have another 4 loads of laundry to wash.
I can't go out and I'm

Don't fret, tomorrow is another day, and the pains will be gone, washing done and the sun shining.

I'm on my rest day, yesterdays 10 min bike ride on the trainer stopped early with pain, so I've done the washing, and shortly will be making banana & honey cake, should keep the wife happy

Wish they would hurry up and invent transportation like Star Trek so you can send us some banana and honey cake. I've just had to make do with scoffing a large bar of Galaxy chocolate. I will still manage my lunch though. Lol

I had some doreen and a cup of tea.
I would have eaten chocolate if I could! My diet is so restricted - but less pounds to carry on rides
