Survived a day at work, although I did get a few comments on the strange bulges on the side of my neck!

There has been no heavy breathing recently, although I have broken out in sweats during the middle of the night.....

That is a great sign of overdoingit - I know ive been there soo chiiiiiiiiiilll !
