What a night! The rain was battering down on my 7pm commute to work. Testing time for the rainlegs, but they held up admirably.

What surprised me was the number of us out and about. I'd expect to see 3 or 4 cyclists on my way to work; there were about 15 out last night, each wetter and more determined than the last.

    Chapeaux all round :rain:

Mate after this last week my cycle shoes don't fit any more ,I have developed web feet!
  3. I saw three, count them, THREE cyclists in a group as I headed home last night. I'm more used to being the only cyclist in the village :girl: :o)

Glad I didn't wash the bike last night anyway. Forecast = sunny spells, yeh, more rain than sunny spells, grrr.

    Hang on, sunny spells?
Does that mean the wet stuff WILL eventually stop falling from the sky?

No, it will just be delayed for a (short) while ... :rain: :cursing:
