I saw this yesterday. He makes mounts for normal cameras for handle bars. They look ok but need some material to dampen the vibration.

How to dampen vibration:

Cut up a mousemat and poke a hole through it, layer it over your tripod head and put your camera on that.

Works for computer equipment so it's worth a go

A bit OT his motorbike one looks scary; I can't understand the P2W exposing himself to what seemed an obvious risk. I hope he isn't too hurt though and his leathers took the impact of it!

Corrected because I know thats what you meant. ;)

Yeah it looked bad. Apparently he then tried to blame the taxi driver for his own mistake and the camera guy stepped in with the evidence.

I didn't look at this post until I got home as I thought it was Not Safe for Work.

Yes, damping the vibration is rather important. Wish I hadn't learned it the hard way - hope you find this amusing

Had the same happen to me when I was using a manfrotto superclamp and nikon compact. Daft design on the nikon - plastic tripod socket. Snapped at about 25mph after some rough road and took a tumble.Video was corrupted sadly. Moved to an atc3k shortly after.
