But my fave saddle is a sonomo 155 on my spesh hybrid!! If i had spare cash I would purchase a couple more for other bike and a spare!!what ever the female version is, i am sufferingnow that i am going further and longer rides i think i need to save up for some decent padded shorts. My 14 euro decathalon ones have been fine but i think 4 or 5 hours in the saddle is a bit much to expect

. Never needed to come up with a word for it before - can't believe after all these years it is necessary
. Anyway, my padded shorts were fine, so I changed the saddle - it drops down at the front so you don't get squashed
