I had the same problem for a while. I changed the angle of my seat, angling the nose down a bit so my butt bones were coming more in contact with seat then my groinals......is that a word?

Some people swear by having their saddle level or even the nose slightly raised but I can't cope with that. I have the saddle nose tilted down by the smallest angle that the clamp will allow and that makes all the difference to me.
I used the same solution and it also worked for me

just experiment with saddles, for-aft, stems, angles etc. Ive tried all sorts and still get it after prolonged periods in the saddle. I tend to ride out the saddle a lot more these days which seems to do the trick

**update**
Did 15 miles at lunch, i've moved the saddle as far forward as i can (i clearly have very short arms) and its made a decent amount of difference, i didnt even need to warm it up to go for a slash after the ride
Still more to do. Next step is consider some other saddles

I went to an Evans cycles a few years ago. They have a heat pad you sit on (the have one for foot arches too). Go in gym shorts for a good reading. That then tells them the width between your seat bones and latterly a suitable saddle to fit.

I am relatively comfy in mine though admittedly I need to change my stem to get my handlebars lower than the saddle (currently running a weird angled one to alleviate back pain, however given we want to be having a family in the not too distant future, I know which way my bread is buttered).
