Just wondering about getting the right nutrients to help with training. I ready eat a well balanced diet of everything (except milk products which I can't). I'm wondering if supplementing / increasing protein intake would be useful for recovery, also things like bcaa, q10, b vits.

If you’re training hard then a couple of supplements would do no harm. BCAAs are good, protein drinks are good but both for after training. During training you should take a good electrolyte solution. Eat well at other times and drink plenty and you should be fine. I find extra bananas help with the extra potassium, calcium and magnesium I need to replace that lost sweating. A multi vitamin will make up any shortfall in your usual diet.
