I've only got poor mans telly (freeview) and I have dozens of other TV channels to choose from. I've also got a radio, music library, books and you tiny people in my phone browser to play with rather than a fetid pile of dung on only one channel.
Currently got Jim al-Khalili explaining quantum science to me on BBC4 - its not sticking though.

Wife is watching it, I seriously have no idea who most of them are. That quantum science thing was good though, crazy stuff.
The bit that got me (when it was originally shown) was that photosynthasis only works with wave theory, it breaks down using a partical model. So the basis of all flora on Earth does not obey the proven laws of Physics, but follows a model that is still up for discussion. Mad.

I was looking at the TV listings last night in the Radio Times and saw that it was back, there seems to have been no advertising (ok, we don't usually watch channel 5 so probably missed it anyway), it must have hit rock bottom. Don't watch it, don't care who is in it.
