Did Oakley carry a lifetime warranty? Not that their new owners would honour it, mind...

Photo-gray, Photo-gray Extra, and "Transitions" branded lenses have never lost their capabilities, in my experience.

You might try putting them in a freezer, then bright sunlight, for several cycles.
