Oakleys - up to 50% off

I had an old pair of scratched Oakley's sitting around the house. I contacted Oakley to enquire about a lens replacement, as other than the scratches to the lenses there is nothing wrong with them - Mrs O once decided they should be kept in the same pot as the house keys

As they were old, Oakley were not able to service them / replace the lenses, but they did offer me 40% off a new pair of glasses ordered from them. I procrastinated for a while, couldn't really justify another pair. Anyway a couple of months later they texted me to increase the discount to 50%, expiring at the end of this month.

As it transpired with a little trying I was able to justify another pair at half price, so I now have some Radar Path Oakley's on their way.

So if you fancy a new pair of sunnies and have some old Oakley's lying around, might be worth getting in touch with them.

the fact that they are still able to sell them at 50% RRP makes you wonder what their mark-up must be......

Guessing that they would sell them to retailer for at least 50% below MSRP, well I expect all manufacturers to sell their good to retailers for less than 50% of MSRP.

I am sure that there is still some margin in it for them at that cost, but I haven't seen Oakley's available at 50% off anywhere else, so if you are in the market, worth considering...
