I really admire Obree, but i think he might have a little more work to do on this machine before his latest attempt at a speed record. It looks a little unstable.

Hard to tell. My low racer is very unstable to ride bellow 10mph on the flat but is absolutely rock solid at 65mph & >500w @ 150rpm going down hill.
