if the only vehicles going up there are the ones he's authorised, then he gets to pick and choose on a one by one basis anyhow, and doesn't need the foreign bit later.

if however, he's authorised someone to come up, such as argos delivering him some fine furniture for his mansion, or by phoning for an ambulance, he's going to exclude them with the sign should they dare turn up in say a mercedes van...meaning no new bookcase or lift to hospital when he has a coronary.

or am i taking it all too seriously and need to go and do something constructive?
