I recall a horse named Noble Locks a few years back. There is also an RC model car forum I frequent that has a user named Hugh Jardon.

They do catch most of them. There are strict rules about the number of letters and spaces allowed, and every name has to be registered, so it's unlikely that Peony's Envy would have got through.
Wear the Fox Hat is snother one often quoted.

I regularly come up against a quiz team called "Bad News if You're a Haddock"........Apparently one mystified member of the team overheard that when he entered his living room just as a TV news item (that he later discovered was about about North Sea fishing quotas) was coming to an end.
