OK, latest two days done and updated. Apart from one of the toughest ever climbs, I also had my first (failed) mugging at knifepoint! A fairly crap mugger as off his head on drugs, but the local plod were straight on to the case. www.usacycle2018.com

me too. Was in Mallorca at the weekend for a half Ironman... theory was that legs would be strong!
