So my last ride was four weeks ago.My last sort of exercise was ten days ago.So out with the turbo,on the lawn and then it starts to rain. Not put off i move things in to the GREENHOUSE.Bike turbo and cd player, along with The Beatles cd Sgt Pepper's LHCB.Great workout one hour,i also pushed the saddle forward over an inch that felt better aswell.Got power going a brilliant hour inside the GREENHOUSE.Then i put it all away, only to find the bike is now a 26" frame and i am 6' 8" tall.

Ah - now I understand

It's just my sense of humour, which once again failed this week.My Son and his mate both do Tae Kwondo at Uni.This week we mmoved their things in to their digs. Both were wearing Club tracksuits, and very smart they were.well not to be out done i told them i was in the Allerton Grange School Origami team, but due to a lack of interest we had to fold. That did not go down well.

Steady on Postie - with a good sense of humour like that we'll be asking you to be a Mod* if you're not careful.

*GSOH essential (along with a hide like a Rhino).

On the Turbo front: I've just got one and have had a couple of sessions on it whilst Cumbria (or at least the SW bit) experiences an extremely wet August - it is hissing down as I type. Turbo-in is not the most exciting experience on the planet but is better that doing nothing.

Re doing it in your greenhouse. That must be hot in there, hope you are hydrating well. A long while ago we had a greenhouse (detached conservatory we called it cos we are v.posh ^_^ ) and we decided to have a very late and very drunken barbeque in our glass paned edifice. It was about 11pm, we'd had far too much to drink and lit up the barbie which was one of those small metal ones with proper charcoal and not one of those gas powered excuses for a barbie. We carried on drinking, had our fodder and then dozed off on our comfy sun-loungers that we were sitting on. About 3pm Lovely Wife woke up with a pounding headache, she then woke me up and I felt awful. Clearly we were undergoing some severe oxygen deprivation. Lesson learn't! Keep the place well ventilated!

If the BBQ was in your greenhouse you probably gave yourself carbon monoxide poisoning.
