it is a colston basset , bought from neals yard dairy in borough market. best stilton i have tasted in a long time

I'm on the Cropwell Bishop right now (oo-err) and it's pretty good, Colston Bassett would be my fave (I couldn't get any) followed by Cropwell then Long Clawson.

You're right, I'd no idea what he was on about. As far as I know there are 2 sorts of red wine, cork or screw-top.

You need a good fork for Stilton - to pin it to the board so it doesn't walk off on its own.
