Nuisance, isn't it? For me, I can generally tell I'm catching a cold or something when I get in the bath and the hot water feels wierdly prickly. Hate it, but at least it give me a warning!

I woke up exactly the same this morning, thankfully it hardly ever develops into a full cold for me. It's many years since I last had a cold

Its when you get the nose fizzies, that to me is the first sign of man flu a cold
