I had a flu followed by chest infection earlier this year (Feb)that kept me off work for a couple of weeks. Got back on the bike and cycled the way home on the monday evening. I nearly fell off the bike when I got home having given it everything and just managing 16mph over 14.5 miles. Last night was 19.7mph and I felt much better when I got off the bike! It is amazing how much a virus can take out of you, I was back to reasonable after 2 weeks, but you have to keep going and accept that you will be slower for a while.....

I do have a cunning plan. I'm going to obtain an A line skirt, tan tights, Hushpuppies, cardy and headscarf.

No one will ever know it was me!!! Yay!

Do the Hush Puppies come with SPD attachments.
