Oil Tanker Crashes in Nottingham

Had a "la la laWHOOOOAHHHOHHHSHIIIIIII" moment casually meandering around Nottingham city center today when I came across what in reality looked far worse than these photos could possibly capture:






About half the road had a river of rainwater and oil flowing down it. I'm surprised I stayed upright!

Not good at all. Would that stuff damage tyres at all?

Can Oil Tankers get that far up the Trent?

Probably 'just' a bit of diesel floating on the water. Still, incredibly slippy stuff and best to avoid.
