The main thing is to go out and enjoy each ride, this will just spur you on to more rides then the miles and speed increases just happen

Change of plan , bike shop phoned today and the lime green is not available now until after the new year 
I don`t want to wait that long so have just said to order the other colour. I`m sure she said it was titanium but I`m not really sure. Still getting it next week though !!

I`m not sure if you noticed it but I posted on my intro, I weighed my Pashley today and it was 28.5 kilo, without any mail
