hi everyone,Im 56 and live in Harrow,London.Decided to buy myself a new bike last August.Slowly getting fitter again and losing a bit of weight, loving it every time im out riding.

specialized sirrus elite,seems to be pretty good.lost track with bikes as its many years ago since I was riding.
