I have an old UO-8 from the '70s. It's pretty much the bottom of the Peugeot range in it's time, not a lightweight but still rides nice, the long wheelbase making it very comfortable on bumpy roads and the Mafac brakes are good for their time, even on my chrome rims.

That bike in your picture is either more modern or higher up the range than mine as it's got cotterless cranks. If wheels, tyres, hubs, gears and BB are serviceable and the frame is a suitable size for you, I would say it's definitely worth £35.
