+1 I like the bold orange and blues.

It could make the next cycle chat jersey design difficult to to come to an agreement on.

I seem to remember that we could choose the width of the old pages, the new classic theme seems to be fixed width or am I missing something?

For the moment it is fixed, but I do plan to add a wide-screen version.

The next thing I want to do with the skins though is move the Classic skin into position as the overall site default. Hopefully that will be next week, or the week after (I post an announcement with details later on).

Cheers,
Shaun

I am still enjoying the Classic skin. I'm surprised at how much difference it made to me.

It is obvious that tastes differ though, so it would be good to keep at least 5 choices open to us (I'd suggest the first 5 on the list of the selector box).

I have a widescreen monitor, but I always used to have the width set to 60% or 70% because the forum just looked wrong stretched out to full-screen, but again - choice is good. As long as I can select the current width, I'll be happy.

If you manage to get the post editor box formatting problems sorted out too, my joy will be boundless. Well, perhaps I won't be quite that pleased, but I'd certainly be relieved! ;)

Regards the comments about widescreen, doesn't anyone with a widescreen monitor just have their web browser in a smaller window rather than full screen? Since getting a new monitor I rarely run anything full screen, and one of the joys of a widescreen monitor is being able to have things open in different windows and not need them minimized.

If I'm doing several things at once then I flip between tasks in overlapping smaller windows, but when I'm concentrating on one thing online I often run my browser full-screen. My monitor isn't huge (it has a 19" diagonal) and my eyesight is not 100% these days so I usually like to use the full height of the screen even when not using the full width.
