Slight change of routine today. Went to a wedding.

Mine.

Even did the @sungod thing and had bubbly before lunch to celebrate.

Congratulations @Wheelspinner.
Day of dodging idiots currently going well, tempted to find outside job as blue sky's and golden orb here atm. Drop by eldest lads to finish a small job for him before he gets back the land of squinty eyes. Running later all being well.

My other half is a Dundonian by birth too.

I'm not a city person but it's the Scottish city with the most sunshine and least rainfall. Adding the fact that it faces water to the south and it's got the potential to be a real blue zone (no offence to any Arabs reading). It's well connected for the Highlands too....well better than Edinburgh.

Wow, congratulations; hopefully less of a surprise to you than it is to us?

Any honeymoon plans?

Sadly not at this time. We've been together almost a quarter century now, should have done this years ago when it became possible, but didn't for reasons now immaterial.

For those not from BR in years past, Mr WS has had significant health challenges, and our battle is pretty much lost. We still have some time left, but it will never be enough.

unsure how to follow that really other than isn’t it annoying when your heart rate sets of the alarm constantly. Each ecg (5 so far) is slightly worse so a blue light trip out to another hospital - stoke ffs!

i trip the alarm too, below 50 and off it goes - ended up in a&e due to a botched dye injection during a scan, after a few hours my arm doubled in circumference and was restricting circulation to my hand, fortunately it deflated without needing to be popped

Yep was having procedure done a week or so back and anaesthetist said hmmmm your HR is very low. Showed him the Garmin charts of it sitting about 51-52 normally and he was “oh ok, that’s not typical at all for your age “ 🙄
